Here's what you'll need,
Honey - helps to protect skin from damage of sun, rejuvenates and refreshes dull skin, treats minor acne and moisturises even the driest of skins!
Milk - Milk also supplies energy to our skin, it has proteins, calcium, lactose, fat, vitamin A, B12, D, and zinc. Milk soothes and nourishes the skin and the natural ingredients in milk hydrate, help to diminish redness and prevent irritated skin. It will also give your skin a glow.
Yogurt - contains zinc, calcium, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, protein and yeast. Yogurt adds enzymes and oils to the skin - so it works as a natural moisturiser. It also helps to reduce pore size, give a glow to the skin and overall texture. Oats - soothes redness and irritated skin, relieves dry/itchy skin, natural acne remedy, exfoliates the skin of dry and dead skin cells.
All you need to do now is mix them all together and apply to clean skin free of makeup. I normally do this in the mornings before a shower so i can pamper my skin after with cleanser and moisturiser!
